N\u00f8glen til et vellykket projekt ligger i grundig planl\u00e6gning og fleksibilitet, s\u00e5 man kan navigere i de udfordringer, der opst\u00e5r undervejs. Jeg arbejder ud fra principper om grundighed, omhyggelighed og tilpasningsevne, og opdeler typisk processen i faser.<br>Som arkitekt kan jeg varetage alle projekets faser, og jeg kan dermed v\u00e6re med til at sikre en tryg proces, hele forl\u00f8bet igennem. Vi diskuterer projektets omfang, dets form\u00e5l og de funktioner, det skal rumme. Desuden taler vi om inspiration, sammenh\u00e6ng med udearealer, rumfordeling og de \u00f8konomiske rammer. Dette program giver en overordnet skitse af rumfordelingen og en beskrivelse af, hvad projektet skal kunne. Hvis der er tale om en til- ombygning eller transformation, vil de eksisterende forhold blive optegnet i denne fase. Det resulterer i en projektmappe, der indeholder skitser af det fremtidige byggeri, herunder planer, snit, visualiseringer og forslag til materialer. <br>Allerede i denne fase tager jeg hensyn til servitutter og lokalplaner for omr\u00e5det, og indarbejder b\u00e6relinjer, isoleringstykkelser og bj\u00e6lkedimensioner for at minimere senere \u00e6ndringer, n\u00e5r ingeni\u00f8rer involveres. Vi afholder m\u00f8der, hvor vi gennemg\u00e5r projektet i 3D, s\u00e5 I kan f\u00e5 en klar fornemmelse af rummene og sammenh\u00e6ngene i projektet. Her bliver projektet beregnet af en ingeni\u00f8r, og hvis n\u00f8dvendigt, m\u00e5les terr\u00e6net op af en landinspekt\u00f8r for at sikre overholdelse af krav til h\u00f8jder og afstande. Konstruktionerne beskrives overordnet, og materialevalg afstemmes. Form\u00e5let er at indhente konkurrencedygtige sammenlignelige tilbud. <br>I denne fase udarbejdes detaljerede beskrivelser af konstruktionsopbygninger, v\u00e6sentlige bygningsdele samt tilbudslister, udbudsbrev og kontraktopl\u00e6g. Jeg f\u00f8lger l\u00f8bende op p\u00e5 eventuelle \u00e6ndringer i projektet og s\u00f8rger for, at de kommunikeres klart til alle involverede parter. Fagtilsyn under byggeprocessen sikrer, at fejl og mangler rettes hurtigt, s\u00e5 byggeriet kan afsluttes til tiden.
